Aaron Ramsey’s expects new arrivals this summer
The Welsh captain Aaron Ramsey is already like a new signing for Arsenal after missing most of last season with his broken ankle, but he still expects Arsene Wenger to bring in some more competition for places at the Emirates.
There have already been hundreds of Arsenal transfer rumours after Wenger revealed that he would be unusually busy during this transfer window, and Ramsey believes that there will be some action in the market.
He said: “I expect Arsene will be active in the transfer market. There have been a few names mentioned and I am sure there will be a few players in and out.
“Obviously we haven’t won anything for a long time. The pressure has grown and the fans have been quite vocal lately. But the spirit in the dressing room is the same as always.
“Everyone gets on with each other so there is nothing wrong there and, hopefully, we can win a trophy next season.”
He is also looking forward to winning his place back in the Arsenal first team, and after his end-of-season performances he has every right to feel confident.
“Personally, next season will be a big one for me as it’s my first full campaign since my injury.” he said.
“I’m pretty happy with what I’ve done this season. I got myself back to match fitness and I’m happy with that. Like everybody else I’ll have a break now, but I know I can have a good season when it gets going again.”
Everyone is looking forward to seeing Ramsey emulate Jack Wilshere next season and taking the Premiership by storm. Let’s all hope he feels no ill-effects from his enforced absence….

sagna samba verm baines would be a great start.

Arsenal need a complete overhaul and fresh blood brought in. However, Wenger is set in his ways and no-one at the club has the balls to tell Wenger what we need. Arsenal need an experienced gk, two centre backs, a battler in midfield, a creative player as fabregas will go and a striker as bendtner and vela will go and chamakh is still adjusting

I really think we don’t need any player in this summer, we need to keep nor stars and not let them go like Cesc, Nasri, Clichy even Eboue, all of them we must keep and trust in them. AW must try harder to keep Nasri with a long term contract, how Rooney get 250.000 and a star like Samir get only 70.000??
And according to our defence…… We lost our leader TV at the whole season, of course it affect us badly, imagine Man U without Vidic, or Chelsea without Terry for one whole season!!! Now vermaeleen is back and will lead our defence next season.

LOL Man Utd were out classed to Barcelona last night, kinda reminded me of when we played Man utd last!!! Fact is that Wenger at the start of the season said that this team could compete on all fronts and I didn’t believe him for one minute but he was right. Sure we didn’t win f**k all but, we beat Barcelona, reached a final and at one stage could of top the table and possibly one it. ALL WE NEED IS ABOUT THREE QUALITY SIGNINGS AND WE WILL DO IT. God and Wenger only knows who he will buy. Ramsey is back!! where the hell is Rosicky going to go now?

Get rid of Almunia, Squillaci, Clichy, Denilson, Rosicky, Arshavin, Bendtner.
Sell Nasri and Cesc.
Promote Miyaichi, Mannone, Lansbury, Miquel and Bartley. Adding Carl Jenkinson too.
We should buy Jan Vertonghen, Mamadou Sakho, Hulk, Hazard.

that’d be 4-4-2 but RVP playing behind Walcott. Walcott playing like Hernandez plays in Manchester. RVP doing his usual way of playing. Hulk is very fast and very strong, plus he’s very skilled and unlike walcott he knows how to cross the ball for RVP and he has an incredibly powerful shot. Hazard is similar to Nani in skill and speed. Vertonghen is far better at Holding the midfield than Song could ever be. and with Vermaelen as Leftback we wouldn’t need Clichy.

I take up `kimbo`s` point, we don`t have a captain and furthermore we haven`t had one for some time. Right now I`m more interested in who leaves than speculating on who might join us. Until the exit door is opened we won`t know where the gaps are. The captaincy will only be announced just before the new season starts, there`s no rush.

I dont think that Wenger’s gonna make major changes in the squad and i feel that we dont need to. what is our strongest first 11?

the major change that needs to be done is to replace koscielny. except that i dont think that there are going to be too many changes. i think we have got an excellent bunch of loanees such as JET, Lansbury, Miyaichi, vela and youth such as Frimpong, Miquel and Bartley.
i doubt many of u will not support clichy, but there aint many left backs that are better than him, at least we have not got. perhaps kieran gibbs in a few years….so where do u now think arsenal got to change? who will be replaced in the starting lineup?

I dont think hazard is leaving lille, goverinho also… The transfer seems to be possible is samba,jenkinson and if alvarez…or nobody else..benzema said he is staying at madrid,falcao just thinking,fab leaving arsenal,nasri is to sign extension…so which big names you are hoping that coming to arsenal? tell me..
