Many of you love to ask me ‘why do you never write anything when we win?’ Well if we won on a consistent basis and actually played the old Arsenal way I may just do that! After the apparent 5 – 2 demolition of Spurs last weekend and the midweek win over Montpellier I bet you were all really excited. To be honest that win over Spurs was only achievable due to the sending off of Adebarndoor! If he was not dismissed then the result probably would have been different! Against Montpellier we were flat and got some luck with the goals. Giroud had a good game creating the goals and to be honest he was again the only player who was any decent today!
Look – to only have won five games in the league in thirteen attempts is an absolute disgrace. The results are clear proof that the team is not good enough. There was again no creativity in the final third, sloppy passing and defensive errors all over. We allow teams to have the ball in their own half and never seem to show any desire to press the ball. Arsenal needs to adopt a style which presses the opposition and we are not as good on the ball as we used to be. We used to be sublime on the ball and retained possession with ease.
I urge you all the watch the game again and try to spot who was our main creative outlet. I’ll tell you in case you have not bothered to record this atrocity – Per Mertesacker! Arteta and Ramsey passed the ball back all game to the giant German! He was our playmaker; enough said! We had one shot on target against an inexperienced Aston Villa side and could not score a goal. That is four games in thirteen that we have not managed to score. This team is without doubt the worst team that Wenger has created during his reign. If Arsenal manages to get into the top four this season Wenger would have performed a miracle.
Let me take you back to season 2005/06 which was our last season at Highbury. Just some of the players that played for us – Jens Lehmann, Ashley Cole, Gael Clichy, Sol Campbell, Kolo Toure, Gilberto, Cesc Fabregas, Alex Hleb, Robert Pires, Jose Reyes, Dennis Bergkamp, Thierry Henry and Robin Van Persie. Wenger quoted and promised us all the quality of the team would stay the same and we move into our new home. Not one player in our current squad would have even made the bench in that squad. Even Cazorla who tonight looked like a £1 Million player may have struggled to get on the bench. We are all being treated like a bunch of dummies with big pockets and no brains!
Enough is enough! This team is so terrible now but don’t worry we have lots of money! We are being lied to week in week out as the performances are rarely sublime and generally average at best! It’s okay we have just signed another £150 Million shirt sponsorship deal which will no doubt be invested back into the team and not the pay-packets of the men whom run the club! Wenger is a disgrace as he has let this team weaken year by year without putting up any fight to make us competitive.

Yes, the teams quality has dropped. We need to use Arshavin, Eisfeld and Gnarby more to breathe new life in the team, aswell as stregnthening in January.

Yesterday was appauling but after one game like that all of a sudden, players are disgraces, Wenger has become useless over night etc.
The fact remains we have a great squad, not our best, in recent years. But still capable of a top four spot.

Wenger is hardly a disgrace have a bit of respect! I do however feel some of his passion is gone but that due to being strangled by a budget of essentially a mid table side. Yesterdays subs were ridiculous I have to admit and as far as passion goes there is nothing coming from the management and the players with exception of wilshere and giroud that i can see!

Well, i always used to defend Wenger. But his obsession with Ramsey is really frightening. Arsenal play so much better without him. He seems to bring out the worst in his teammates. Cazorla and Podolski get so little space to work with whenever Ramsey starts.
Yet, Ramsey doesn’t have to work to get game time like the rest of the players. Everything is being hand-fed to him. It’s not fair to the club, the fans or even his teammates.
It was similar last year too. Ramsey kept Rosicky out of the squad for the first half of the season. The only reason Rosicky even got his chance was because Ramsey got injured. If it wasn’t for that Ramsey would have kept starting undeservedly over Rosicky for the rest of the season. Not only would that have been completely unfair on Rosicky, we most likely wouldn’t have finished third.
Is Ramsey’s development really worth sacrificing the club points?
ALl i can say is that if Wenger continues like this, he’s gonna lose one of his biggest fans

Teams have figuered out how to play against us. Give Cazorla no space what so ever and you stifle arsenals creativity. The only two players that can offer us anything else are walcott with his pace and good runs in behind and wilshere and both did not play. Giroud is a very good player and was our best player yesterday but he needs someone to create chances for him. Podolski has been in poor form in the last 5 or so games i dont think he is a winger.
I would like Arshavin to play more because he has the creativity even if he is inconsistant.
The fact of the matter is Aston Villa had a rediculously young side out there especially defense and midfeild and we only managed one shot on target and our only really good chance fell to Kos in the first half.
The Arsenal of old may have drawn that game as well but they would have hit the post 6 times and had over 20 shots, this team lacks the creativity of teams we’ve previously had especially the forward 3. We have a good forward in giroud but we need creative wingers to supply him with the ball.

Guess you had to hibernate for the last couple of games since our lucky victories against spurs and montepellier,in which time there’s been talk of how we’re going to challenge for the prem because theo’s going to be our savior. It is true the team is getting weaker. You cant eat your cake and still have it. first of all i am not with wenger side or anti wenger, for me the manager doesn’t have a big role as long as he is doing well.
we know in the past 7 years we had no throphy and our squad has been short of a player or two to win a league, but this season after the first elleven, and maybe 5 more others, the rest are medicore and not arsenal quality.
squallaci, djouroue,chamackh, fabiansky, and gervinho are very poor players, and the reason i wrote this article is that, i want you to imagine if we lost per, vermaelen, gibbs, arteta, and giroud. ¨
i can bet with all of you we will go many games win less and can even lose a top 4 finish.
the problem is that santos is better as a winger than defender, squid and djouroue haven’t even played a single game for arsenal in epl or championsleague.and they are the back up for vermaelen and per.
in the striking role we will have chamackh who haven’t played a single EPL game and we saw last night that he is not good enough for arsenal coz if he was good he could have came for giroud.

I disagree with us having the worst team ever we see the current team running rings around other teams at times but they are just not consistant on wed nesday we could see a demolision of our opposition or well see an arsenal side that look outclassed and humiliated. At times you can see players making amazing runs and asking for a ball that never comes its annoying because we all know Arsenal is a world class club that should be admired just bring some consistancy spend some money not to replace but to rotate. I played at youth level for 2 pro clubs and have bin involved in pro clubs from the age off 8 to 19 and played against and with alot off current players who play through the leagues in England and wander how many people on here know anything about football and the behind scenes stuff which goes on around football clubs.

the problem is that we can lose out of top 4 incase giroud,walcott,kos,per, and gibbs get injured.
wenger himself know that this arsenal squad is rubish, see manu, city, chelsea and even west brom rotate their squad and still are amazing but if we rotate the squad we can see a big deference and our squad looks like a relegation battler squad.
lets admit that we have an amazing xi 11 and players like diaby, rossiky are also yet to play and are also very good players, but we all know that the players that come for the xi 11 are very poor players.
squid, 70k chamackh 75k, djouroue 55k, arshavin 90k, santos 60k and gervinho 60/70k and all these have played less games and are not good enough and still earns more than the xi 11 players like walcott 60k, ox 25k, jenkinson 20k, sagna 60k, giroud 50k, rossisky 60k, scesczney 30k, gibbs 50k.
so lets be realistic and open our eyes and stop supporting wenger or became anti wenger. all we must do is push the board to offload players like these who don’t even play a single game and buy players that can are as good as the first 11.
lets us be united and hope for the best of arsenal not the best of wenger or the best of the board.
i don’t want to see wenger not spending on player this winter, i would be happpy if we get huntelaar, a winger, left back and Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa.
huntelaar is a goal scorer and thats what e don’t have incase giroud gets injured.
Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa is special player and i saw him play vs arsenal in the first game he played as a CB and he was solid, and in the next game vs shalke he played as a right back and vs arsenal the 2nd match he played as a CDM.
but lets hope we spend money in january and we are lucky coz until january we will play small teams but jan and feb are the two months that can break or make our season, coz we will meet all the top teams in these two months and if we faild to invest in january , i don’t see as finishing top4 as we don’t have strong squad and 1 injury for giroud, walcott and gibbs can finish our season and we can finish below top 4, but if we invest in january in good players, we can even win the league and we can finish as high as 1st and the lowest 4th.
so lets hope we win all games until january, but then if wenger feil to sign a player. then it is bye bye wenger, coz i don’t see as in UEFA and once a team miss out of UEFA the team need to invest much more money as none of the players want to play at europa liga,

A left back is needed: Not really sure who to recommend though.
A CDM: Yann mvila would be great then Arteta can play a few games higher up the pitch.
Creative winger in the mould of Nasri: Mario Gotze has to be the top target i generally think he could transform this team.
Striker: I Like Giroud but would like to see him compete with a big player, Lewondowski would be my main choice or Huntalaar because of his contract situation.

In all honesty I blame the board and not ARSENE. Look when David dein was in charge ARSENE always got who he wanted. Know that David dein has left who has ARSENE got who he has wanted NO ONE. i dont think arsenal cant end up in top 4 , lets see the table right now , everton is 5th with 21 points we are 6th with 20 pts then we have west ham with 19 and spurs with 17 , the next fixture for all these teams are arsenal vs everton at home and west ham vs spurs at home . now then chances are arsenal can win and and spurs too , thus then the table will be aresenal 23pt in the 5th spot followed by everton and spurs with 21 and 20 respectively . also we see the we have chelsea in 4th with 24pts and there next fixture is against man city and chelsea is in a bad run of form and man city in a good thus the chances are tht then arsenal will only need 1 point to come 4th point . so right now anything can happen

Arsenal has transformed into a feeder club, and will remain a feeder club, and like every feeder club, at one point will have such a weak squad, that will fight to stay in the premiere league. I remember Perugia being a midtable feeder club in Italy in the 90′s, one year they had a weak squad and got relegated, and for years now they are far away from serie a. The same thing is about to happen to Arsenal.

I sometimes wonder whats wrong with some of our so called fans. Last season the cry was we will never finish fourth, we indeed finished third. All this talk of money, some of you need to do your sums, a decent player costs 20-30 million the problem isnt the buying price of players its the salaries, there is no way we can compete with Man City,Chelsea and Man U when it comes to salaries. With that in mind we’re doing great we are not winning stuff at the moment but patience is a virtue. We were great when money wasnt the top priority for top players but times have changed, hang on and believe my true gunners!!

somehow, wenger still haven’t learnt that you should always put out your best 11 every game when they are available. he ma y put this down to the team having to play two games a week every week.
the players are so much fitter nowadays when you compare to say the seventies when on top of fielding your best 11, you could only call on one substitute. the pitch conditions were atrocious those days and even then most top teams had midweek games to play. so certainly, he can’t use that as an excuse.
to not play wilshire at all yesterday was a crime by itself. along with cazorla, he is the most creative player we have and with both of them on the field we would have destroyed villa. having both ramsey and arteta starting really slowed down the side especially with all their back passing. even arshavin would have been a better bet than ramsey.
as late as 2005, he had always put out his strongest side for EPL games but i don’t know why he chops and changes his team and plays too many in their wrong positions.
this atually coincides with our trophyless period.
maybe he should have brought back bergkamp instead of bould as his no.2 because the defence has already began to falter since the defeat to chelsea so bould’s influence seems to have waivered.

kemp. we meet again you useless mug. even though we lost to norwich, i do believe that they are the same tteam that beat a strong man utd side and drew with everton. Villa, yes we shyould have won but remember they were 2-0 up against scum , they just cant defend a lead, ( bit like us at times…) We are one point of fitth, qualified for champions league, still in captial one cup and the f.a cup. How if this season that much of a “disgrace” Would we be able to have these discusions without wenger? remember who singned, rvp, fab, song, nasri, etc.. another manager would not have had the quality to find these players.Carzola, not able to get into the teams of the past? kemp. kill yourself. I love my club, been supporting Arsenal since I was 6 years old. But I have never been so disgruntled and depressed about the way in which my club has been handled the last couple of years, internally and on/off the pitch. The problem is 3 fold. We have a board who have this ‘financial plan’ regarding payment of stadium and promises that once debt is paid off, they will start investing into strengthening our squad. This was told to use about 3 years ago. We see our best players sold season after season. We see our team losing key players having to rebuild from scratch – a major handicap at the start of each season. The new players then have to gel and get used to their new team, country etc. All this at the expense of us progressing…in actual fact we end up going backwards when it happens.
Then we have Wenger who, a lot of the time, has terrible squad selection. We have all witnessed it. Even commentators and fans from other clubs comment on it. He makes ridiculous subsitiutions and always when it’s too late. Why do we always have no one decent to play when we have injuries? It happens every damn season, a few of our key players get injured and we have absolute crap to replace them with. Wenger is responsible for buying the players and picking the squad no? I cannot understand how some fans still defend him anymore. His legacy is disappearing rapidly and it’s time for these deluded fans to let go of it and embrace a change that this club needs. Whatever happened to Wenger’s youth program that was supposed to produce superstars to compete for titles? This was promised in 2008. 4 years later and all those superstars we sold. Time to wake up people. Adam Kemp might sound like a pessimist, but he is right.
What will you AKB’s say if we do not make top 4? Nevermind that, we should be aiming for titles!!! Just shows you how mediocrity has already set in. From absolute world beaters in 04/05 to what we have now. An absolute disgrace. Arsenal and its fans deserve better.

ramsey should have been loaned out over frimpong. Dont get me wrong, before his 1-2 year long injury he was playing very well. maybe have him start in reserves day in and day out…

I don’t even bother reading his silly articles anymore, because they simply are rantings of an armchair manager and someone who only puts his team down to obtain a popularity vote. THAT’S WEAK! Kemp’s views are coincidentally parallel with Piers Morgan’s persepctives. I wonder if he actually can generate any original ideas of his own. Like I said earlier, I don’t even bother reading his articles as it’s the same old boring material. Please give us something new and refreshing. Where’s Kemp when Arsenal perform well? Where was Kemp when Arsenal turned their season around last season, and at the start of it, he kept on blasting Wenger and his new recruits for their mediocre performances? Kemp’s first 2 lines state:

My rebuttal is where were you Kemp when Arsenal went on a 10 game winning streak last season after beating 11 man spuds 5-2 in February? This was a few months after Kemp was saying that Arsenal and Wenger had no clue what they were doing and it would be a miracle for us to get 4th. Well he’s still saying the same thing but finally he’s realised that Arsenal fans have had enough of his inaccurate and ill-judgement of the team, and he’s tried to use Arsenal “not winning consistently”, as a means to excuse his own embarrassment of prior articles he wrote that were completely slammed by majority of Arsenal fans. Well done mate. You’ve made yourself a public mockery again!
