Arsenal chasing £17m wantaway Barcelona star
Arsene Wenger seems to enjoy poaching youngsters from Barcelona and has already convinced Jon Toral-Harper and Hector Bellerin to choose Arsenal over the Spanish giants for a first professional contract this summer, but now todays Mail reckons that Wenger is aiming to bring in an established star from the Nou Camp this summer.
Wenger is hoping that Nicklas Bendtner can find a new club sooner rather than later to make room in the Gunners strike force, and it seems he wants to bring in the 20 year-old Bojan Krkic as his replacement.
The Spanish international looked loked like a superstar in the making when he broke into the Barcelona first team at just 17 years of age, but the arrival of David Villa last season and the expected signing of Giuseppe Rossi means that Bojan has been left on the sidelines again, and is looking to revitalise his career elsewhere and is available for 20m euros (£17m).
I would expect the young Spaniard to easily fit in to Wenger’s style of play, but could he be a success in the Premier League with Arsenal?

Yeah i really don’t get it when Nasri’s demands are 120k and we’re paying alot less wenger doesn’t buy as much as other managers surely he could give im his demands! Joe cole will be paid 110k a week ! He has had the worst season of his career I don’t get it just give nasri his demands. bojan is just about rite .. he will fit into the formation and will get lots of goals but am thinking 17milllion is a little to steep .. he has the potential to make it ..hes just short of serious playing time and barca will always be active in the transfer market n looking for strikers so his best bet is to look for greener pastures elsewhere

I Think wenger needs to make room in the squad before making new signing the one’s who r not performing the likes of alumunia, abu diaby, denilson, squallaci, bentner, & wenger should buy scott, cahil, eden hazard/southam teen, benzema/bojan.
