Arsenal Hit Back At Capello Over Wilshere Injury
Earlier in the week the England boss Fabio Capello criticised the Arsenal medical team over their treatment of Jack Wilshere. Well today they have hit back claiming that Capello does not know what he is talking about. Hang on a minute that sounds familiar. World Cup 2010 ring any bells Fabio?
A source at the Emirates said, “Capello is talking without any knowledge of what went on between the club and Jack in the summer. Bone bruising needs rest and that’s what we gave him. It quickly became apparent that a month was not enough. It’s as simple as that.”
This is not the first time the medical team at Arsenal have come in for some stick, and they have also been criticised by a small minority of Arsenal supporters at times, but is it really their fault or have they just been unlucky?
Was it their fault that Thomas Vermaelen got kicked against Udinese? He was kicked badly enough to require an operation for goodness sake. That isn’t anyone’s fault. Jack Wilshere was injured playing for England. That must have been their fault as well!
It cannot be easy working as part of the medical team at Arsenal, after all it seems as though there is always someone in the treatment room. We have suffered our fair share of injuries, and they have been highlighted more because we do not have the strength in depth like other clubs.
Good on the Arsenal medical team for sticking up to Capello. He should concentrate on managing England, after all he hasn’t done the greatest job of doing that has he.

Dont know why English media over hype average English players. Same Cahill was present in the Bolton’s team who conceded 11 goals in 3games against Mancity, Liverpool and Man United respectively. 12 mil pounds is not a bad offer for a player like Cahill who is in the final year of his contract.
