Arsenal Hit By Yet Another Injury!
Yes another injury to report I’m afraid, and yet again an injury to a defender. When will it all stop?
Fear not my friends it is not as bad as it seems as the latest injury has struck Kyle Bartley who is on loan at Glasgow Rangers. Bartley had surgery earlier this week on his troublesome groin after Rangers sent him back to Arsenal two weeks ago to sort the problem out.
Bartley is expected to be out of action for at least a month, though he should be able to start some light exercises early next week.
There is some good news on the injury front for Arsenal ahead of the weekend game against Swansea City, yes I did say good news! Theo Walcott should be fit to play after missing the Wales game in midweek as a precaution because he had a slight hamstring strain, and defender Kieran Gibbs is also back in training following his injury.
With two days still to go before the game against the Premier League newcomers there is still plenty of time for someone to be struck down with something, and they will be knowing our luck!
