Bendtner to PSG and Eden Hazard to Arsenal?
There are a few interesting Arsenal transfer rumours about this morning, and these two regarding Nicklas Bendtner and Eden Hazard would be most welcome to Arsenal fans if they are true.
Firs of all the Mail reports that the newly-rich Paris St. Germain have decided to make a move for Bendtner and are actually willing to meet Arsenal’s 11m asking price. They also report that talks with Stoke, Newcastle and Sunderland have been held but none of these teams want to pay top dollar for the wantaway Dane.
If Wenger can get the full 11m pounds for Bendner and another possible 22m pounds for Nasri, then that should easily cover the 30m (euros) that Lille reportedly want for the Belgian genius Eden Hazard, who has been linked with a move to Arsenal since he was six years old (well it feels like that anyway!).
The Lille club president Michel Seydoux was asked about the rumours and he said: “I am not sure he wants to leave anyway. He knows his status here and at a large club there is much more uncertainty.”
But if Arsenal really sold Nasri and got Hazard in to replace him, then that would go a very long way to appease the Arsenal fans, who have clamouring for Wenger to buy Hazard on a regular basis.

Tbh, its not up to Wenger whether he buys someone or not. Wenger tells the owners what positions he needs to fill, and he gets a budget. Say they give him £30mil for all transfers, he cannot buy the best players. Don’t blame Wenger, he only buys young coes they are cheap and fit his budget, and theres an offchance they can get good like Wilshere and Ramsey, blame the owners for taking the money the club gets from selling players like Fabregas.

we need 5 players man…left back, 2 cbs and 2 wingers. baines looks good. but cissokho is the man i think. but will cost in excess of £12m. jagielka is the man he wants, he will cost £12m. i like samba, but i think cahill will eventually be a bargain as he has less then 1 yr left. noway shud wenger pay the 17m release clause. it cant be more then £7-8m max. remeber clichy? we need two tricky wingers, mata and hazard i like. mata will cost around £15m in the end, hazrd just under £20m. i would say we need a striker but i think its time walcott went upfront in a 4-4-2. if we buy the players we need we would have spent the most in the window. but fab 40m, nsri 22m, bendtner 11m, clichy 7m etc will help cover the cost of everything. plus we must have our own transfer budget before sales. surely?

1 other point i want to make is why the hell we dont clamour for the return of david dein? we desperatley need usmanov to take control. he would pay the stadium off plus invest heavily now, that would cover us for 4-5 years and by that time we can save 300m and then use that money to build the next team.we can then go back to our self sustainable model. all we need is the fukin stadium 2 be finished. and a big £300m injection now. after that we will be 5 yrs ahead money wise all the time. usmanov has a 12b fortune, more then abramovich. the problem is chelsea dont make the money we do, we make over 200m a yr. only untied n madrid ahead of us.

u lot see how many teams are taken over and cherished by arab owners. for example man citys owners will never leave them, look after them for centuries. it will stay in the family and be a sign of honour, to keep up traditions. have the best team ever. arsenal needs that badly. someone to love us and look after us. all usmanov need to do is pay about £125 of stadium and give arsenal 300m to look after us for next 5 years. during that time we’ll save our money and use that over the following 5 yrs, and save during that time 2 again. get it? after that we would murder world football. we’d be the richest ‘super-club’. ‘super club is a giant football club onwed by a billionaire. there isnt one in football 2day. madrid, man utd, barca all debt ridden clubs. chelsea, man city, malaga psg (not so much reall) are all small european clubs. they might be BIG european TEAMS now, but they are SMALL european CLUBS right now. notice the CLUB and TEAM words. thats because they mean two diffrent things.

I think Arsenal should consider buying Papiss Cisse from Freiburg, he’s valued around 11-12 m £. (If we sell Bendtner)
Aogo from Hamburg around 5-8 m £.(Straight up replacement for Clichy,Eboue with ability to play DM, DR as added bonus)
Marco Reus from M.Gladbach 12,5 £ M challenges defenders with lightning pace from midfield. (Nasri replacement)
Gary Cahill from Bolton or Brune Eculule Manga from Loriant around 12 £ with potential to be 20 m £ depending on performance. Worst case Mertesacker. (Roation with Konscielny, Vermaelen)
Wesley Beltrame from Werder Bremen, creates speed, creativity from midfield 8 m £. (Replacement for Cesc)
Eden Hazard would be a great additions to the team also, (if we sell Arshavin to Anzi Moneylacha for 20 £ m.)
Also would consider selling or trade Bendtner, Arsahvin, Squillacci,Rosicky or Chamakh to make these possible.

With these additions Arsenal would have lightning pace throughout the pitch. Wilshere and Ramsey could play through ball after through ball. Counterattacks in 20 miles per hour.

But what you have to realise is that AFC are not a AAA+ club with relation to reputation at the minute as we are yet to qualify for the champions league! Wenger, please buy:
Scott Parker, Gary Cahill, Eden Hazard, Juan Mata, Christopher Samba, Phil Jagielka or Per Mertesacker.
All are affordable and the wages wont be a problem either.
If we had the above we would be a real threat to United.
What’s up with Chamakh, he looks useless still? He had a whole pre season to get fit, get rest and get firing on all cylinders. He’s giving us nothing….3 more months then if things dont improve, offload him and get a proper striker. I have no clue as to why he has lost form for so long.

H, Chamahk’s only problem is that he doesnt want to take responsibility in front of goals. I also think Van Persie is being played in the wrong position. He should not be leading our attack. I think someone very skillful should lead our attack, like they do in Barcelona with Messi. Nasri could have been good in that position.

I think it is great if Bendtner goes the man is a lengend in his own mind, as for Hazard coming in to replace nasri, Fabregas great as well if true. But the main problem we have now is that Wenger has left too late in the day to get replacements in and will find he will have to pay over the odds, also we are badly need of a central Defender and an Defence Midfielder plus left back because Gibbs is so injury prone. All in all we need these player but i doubt very much if we will get them in as Wenger has become more stubborn.

Well if the Mail reports are correct, a player (Bendtner) plus cash offer for Hazard would be ideal, especially if PSG are willing to match our £11m valuation. Baines would be a welcome addition to Arsenal, although he is unlikely to leave Everton. I agree with my fellow gunners that Mertesacker and Vertonghen would make good additions to the team and strengthen it defensively. The acquisition of all £ as well as Juan Mata would greatly improve our chances of winning silverware. So t-minus 13 days, 8 hours and 45 minutes to go. Let’s sort some transfers out..

Wenger will dither and pick up a promising (in his eyes) African or French talent and maybe ‘desperate’ Dann, penny-pinching to put money from the sales in the Arsenal koffers and no trphy this year. If reality could just kick in and dissipate Wenger’s obdurate tunnel vision, then I’d love to see him pick up Cahill (stop) 17 m, Hazard (create) 25 m and Doyle (score) 12 m plus Parker or Melo for 6 m to link defence and midfield. Why not? Fab gone for 35 m, Nasri for 20-25 m., Eboue 3 m, Bendtner 10 m and maybe Arshaving for 10 m, Rosicky for 3 m and Almunia & Squillaci for a combined 10 and 6 old money. Profit, too! I don’t understand it if Wenger doesn’t buy people. After selling Fabregas and Nasri he’d have about 60,000,000 pounds. After other sales he’d have towards 80,000,000 pounds and then there’s money he already had before from Arsenal’s budget. Hazard on the left wing, Scott Dann as a centre-back, Sakho as a left back and a good defensive midfielder would take less than half of Arsenal’s spending budget to acquire and they are all young players which fits Wenger’s plans. What the hell Wenger!? But I have 100% faith in Wenger anyway.

We need strength in depth we need have a backbone of strong grit determination and leaders and that’s by adding 2 centre halves big strong power houses and leader in the middle of the park then a flair player And definitely need. Gol poacher. I’m 100 percent behind wenger and agree that we don’t need to sign 4 or good players for silly money and if a top class player comes along who fits our way of playing then he will get him but y don’t we splash the cash on hazard and Cahill two players we desp need now. If I were Wenger my only transfers would be:
1. Alan Dzagoev
2. Marvin Martin
3. Jan Vertonghen
4. Alvaro Pereira
These Players would mesh very well with our present teams style. They are top class players and would not be overly expensive.
Another thing I would do is give Henri Lansbury a lot more first team appearances. If given the chance, he could provide the attackers with just as many assists as Marvin Martin would.

I would buy Martin and Vertonghen this year if I was him, but realistically I do not think I would want to meet Lille’s asking price for Hazard and after those two signings I don’t think I’d want more money to be lost…

In order to gain success, you have to take risks. In order to increase money, you have to spend money. What Arsene Wenger and the board are doing is wrong.

THEN we are screwed. this is a very important time for arsenal. support the team, relax, stop getting over excited and panicing every1 else. we will buy players, sometimes it takes a couple of tranfer windows to build a team. if he rushed it, i would be angry with him then. im desperate for arsene wenger to taste glory again.

yeh it makes sense. why waste money. people have values. cahill has less then 1 yr left. on fringes of eng squad. never played in champions league. clichy, france international, played in champions league all his career £7m. cahill 17m. does that make sense to u lot? because it doesnt for me. max, absolute max is £8m. and thats paying over the top. samba, £12m??? £9.5m max. mata, unproven in england, un proven under pressure, 1 good yr. £26m?? nah, £15m max. fabregas went for 40m euros, champions league finalist and palyed every yr in there. mata 30m euro’s, sorry dont make sense. however i agree with the 20m asking price for hazard. i like him.

We will need to sell Bendtner and Nasri and buy Hazard,Baines or Cissoko,Marvin Martin or Mata and Cahill or Alex or Samba and then were sorted but there one little problem Wenger wont buy big experienced names!

ARSENE WENGER….please, for the love of God, spend some money and strengthen our fantastic team. Currently you have the mark of a luckless gambler. There are signs everywhere to show you that we are in desperate need of quality and experience, you have the money, and you know the players! I’m Arsenal for life, but you sir…that’s a completely different story! Hazard is a must have, Samba is a must have and a bargain. You should have bitten City’s arm off for Given, must see something the rest of the world doesn’t. That goes for Chamahk, Rosicky, koscielny, schillaci and one or two others…
Get it sorted, or ply your trade somewhere else sir…!

There 13 Days left in the transfer window so what can we expect will Wenger do what we all want and buy Central Defender who can head a ball from a corner, spend Nasri/Fabregas money on a couple of Midfielders and buy another striker one who is not afraid to shoot I have my doubts…. Whatever people say about inflated prices for players that is just way it is if Wenger is so in love Jagielka buy him, i would prefer Cahill who is a much better player, Hazard or Mata or both would be good buys but then I am afraid Wenger would be too scared to shell out that kind of money. What about Scott Paker he would be prefect for our team because the overall squad lacks experience but it i dont think it will happen. I hope and pray that I am wrong and Wenger pulls a few rabbits out the hat otherwise we can forget a about top 4 we will lucky to finish in top 6 and that is not good enough for our club is it

I reckon he’s chasing the wrong Cahill – should go for leaping Timmy, he’ll get the ball in the back of the net. Not sure of his body though, had a few injuries over the years.

i do not have much infor about hazard or mata, however they seem to be some kind of must buy materials, i agree that the club is going in the right direction but there still need rum for improvement inside the playing field ,, especially in the midfield and the attacking department , otherwise arsenal fc are in a great position to fight for glory, i think the current young squad has got enough depth to resist any physical challenge, but lets admit it that there is not much experience in the current squad to give us any silverware for the season,

@gunner what proof do you have that what I say is untrue?? Everyone dose NOT know cesc left to be with his boyhood club, it is partly true that cesc wanted to return to baca at some point in his carear but not at 24 the peak of his carear, if we had a ambitious manager who showed that he was serious about winning trophies, cesc would still be here as would Nasri. Both these players and others were frustrated at as nearly winning trophies, year after year Wenger would promise he would put it right and strengthen the team with world class players, he always failed to do that as he has done this summer. Players and fans know that Wenger was a great manager, as Tyson was a great boxer but in time both lost it, they become washed up and and useless!! We need a new manger, a hungry world beater now, not sum old has been. I prefer as to win 1-0 then lose 5-4 and play great football, the reason for that is that I am a winner as are the vast amount of Arsenal fans. (except AKB’s like you) it’s not about the £££££ it’s about winning and making history, no body remembers nearly winning,

So wenger has got his chequebook out and yes you’ve guessed it we’ve signed another kid with potential. I mean we are crying out for experience, stronger defenders like Cahill, Samba or Dann etc, holding midfielders like Parker, creative midfielders like Hazard, Mata etc but no we sign someone unproven at the highest level. If he wanted to sign a striker then maybe Poldoski would have been a good bet because he’s better than Chamakh who was awful on tuesday. We’ve sold fab and about to sell nasri our squad is not strong, big or experienced enough. I mean we still squilshit in our squad who is the worst defender I’ve seen in years, he makes senderos look decent. Wenger claims he would spend 30m, 40m on a player, if that’s the case do so! We need at least 4 or 5 players. WE NEED DEFENDERS!!!

This year will be the last chance for some players (hopefully) like Rosicky, Diaby, Chamakh, Squillaci, Arshavin and Vela since he never gets a chance to play in the PL should be sold with Denilson already packed for next year we will have to bring in replacements but not for all since we will use some young guns but hopefully we use that £ to bring in players we wanted this summer like Benzema, Mata, Hazard, and Gotze

Well if the Mail reports are correct, a player (Bendtner) plus cash offer for Hazard would be ideal, especially if PSG are willing to match our £11m valuation. Baines would be a welcome addition to Arsenal, although he is unlikely to leave Everton. I agree with my fellow gunners that Mertesacker and Vertonghen would make good additions to the team and strengthen it defensively. The acquisition of all £ as well as Juan Mata would greatly improve our chances of winning silverware. So t-minus 12 days, 6 hours and 39 minutes to go. Let’s sort some transfers out..

Hazard is a great addition, but I’m not convinced he’s what we need down the centre. If Hazard comes in, then I think Arsh will be given a chance in the middle, where he;s played before and is quite effective. Another option would be to buy Hazard, keep nasri and play HIM through the middle, his favoured position, provided he signs a long term contract which sadly isn’t going to happen.

i dont know why AW didnt signed Mata when he had to chance to sign him at lower value of his release clause… maybe he was waiting for valencia to reduce pennies… now he cost lot more….. Arsenal player are injury prone n AW prone making mistakes… tactically he is 1 of the best… but worst ever when it comes to transfer… AW should open his head n see whats his problem signing good player dat other knows to be good… he just seems like he dont want to sign player who is respected by the world… he signs only player who have unknown quality to world, this saves his criticism even the signing isnt good enough…
this transfer i felt like AW’s worst ever transfer period..

I am one of the hardcore arsenal fan…but now Arsenal transfer strategy was suuuck….big arsenal player like Cesc Fabregas,nasri,clichy are leaving now…like wise in 2006-2008 campaign (sorry i dn’t know the exect season)when arsenal was on the way to success in title race two important player Flamini and Alexander Hleb was leaving….and they loose the title race. This type of situation are always happen in Arseanl. When ever a battle between player signing with big club like Manchester,Chelsea,Liverpool,Real Madrid,Barcelona they always loose…i don’t know why and what happen to Wenger…i think he’s coward to have a big signing…being one of the top wealthiest club in the world is nothing without winning a cup. Things are changed now, now some small club like P.S.G, Atletico Madrid, even south American club like Corinthians, Santos are willing to buy player what they need for more than 40 million pound.Now there is a battle between Arsenal and Chelsea about Juan Mata in that case i hope Arsenal will surely lose again.
