Cameroon allow Song to stay at Arsenal for two more games!
The Arsenal midfielder Alexandre Song should be joining his Cameroon team-mates today in preparation for the African Nations Cup in Angola, but he has been given permission to stay with his club until January 4th.
This means that Song will be available to play against Portsmouth tomorrow, and in the FA Cup third-round match against West Ham next Sunday.
This is good news for Arsene Wenger as he is coming to terms with being without his captain Cesc Fabregas for those two matches, at least. More will be known when he gets the scan results later today.
The Brazilian midfielder Denilson was also taken off in the match against Aston Villa, with what is assumed to be a recurrence of his back problem. It is not yet known how long he will be out of the side.

Really iam sorry to heart that Our Honorable captain Cesc Fabregas will be out three martchs but we can win without him, us we are a big team we need to keep forward and try to full the position of captain febregas we have fantastic players who can play more than one position, also we have keep in mind that Rosicky is come back and song is available until 4th jan 2010. i wish the best to the Titel of premier legue.
Arsenal,s season depends on AbouDiaby staying fit until the end and hopefully Bendtner will be back soon .The midfield is strong enough even without Cesc for 2or 3 games with Rosicky back ,Carlos Vela is also available ,with Merida ,Wilshere ,Denilson and other potential players in line ,its looking good .
Arsenal don,t need Craig Bellamy as he is not a top class Arsenal type player,no thanks.
