Cazorla reveals why he has sparkled at Arsenal.
Santi Cazorla praises Walcott, Oxlade-Chamberlain and Podolski by AM
The former Malaga midfielder has praised the Arsenal trio of Walcott, Chamberlain and new signing Podolski.
On Oxlade-Chamberlain, Cazorla says that although he has a bright future, the England international shouldn’t be burdened with too much expectation. Chamberlain, who recently put in a wonderful performance against Moldova in England’s first match of the World Cup Qualification campaign, has also recently being praised by England manager Roy Hodgson.
“I see him training every day and he has a spectacular future.
“We have to take it easy with him because he is very young,” Cazorla was quoted in El País.
“But he has a lot of nerve, he is not daunted by anyone and you can see he’s been like that since he was small.”
The Spanish international has also pointed out that Podolski has influenced him a lot and that he loves playing with the German international. The pair combined together at Anfield to give Arsenal a memorable win in their last match. This is what Cazorla had to say about the German international –
“He is a phenomenon; he has helped me a lot.
“He admires the way Spain and Barcelona play and tells me he hopes we can play like that at Arsenal.”
The Spaniard has also spoken highly of Theo Walcott. Cazorla said that the former Southampton graduate, who was recently sent back from the England squad due to illness, is an important part of the team’s game play, especially while counter attacking.
“He gives us something else.
“For playing into spaces on the counter-attack he suits us very well. He’s got a lot of quality.” – Cazorla said about Theo.
Cazorla himself has been in wonderful form in recent past and has settled into the Arsenal team like a fish in water. The diminutive attacker has carried his good form to the international arena as well, as he scored and assisted in Spain’s victory over Saudi Arabia. As of now, he looks to be the signing of the season for the Gunners.
It is not just the Arsenal fans who have been impressed, as Cazorla has been named as the EA Sports player of the month

Our attack is one of the best in the league when Giroud gets some form.
Podolski–Giroud–Walcott
Cazorla
Then the defence is currently the best in the league. The midfield is oustanding with Diaby and Arteta on form with Cazorla. We have an all round great team, just a bit worried about the depth.

I want walcott to sign a contract, I think he could be a big part of arsenals future (if he realises he isn’t as good as he thinks he is). Let’s hope cazorla isn’t a money grabber like some that has left arsenal when man city come for him as a replacement for silva..

If RVP went for the £220,000 paycheck, he’s not going to regret anything. Even if we win the EPL.
Opinions divided. What do you think?

@HONEY BADGER
I think Wenger will do something in Jan aswell. I think we will see how the season plays our until then, then see what needs improving and work on it. I’m not expecting us to spend 100m in the transfer window but maybe a couple of additions around the 10m mark to add depth. I’m not sure about the league, but definitely think we have a very good chance in the FA Cup and Capital One Cup.

I’ve been wanting caza since he was wearing all yellow in la liga! If we’re to have signed him from Villarreal before fabs and Nasri left we wouldn’t have realied on JW19 that much and eased him into the starting XI… Our midfield would be the best in the world and our cabinet would have at least a couple of shiny objects in it… Even tho we signed 3 top players I think the biggest signing is Bouldy!! A no non sense type of player can only mean a no non sense type of coach an to show our boys it’s more than getting stuck in its defending starting with the forwards… Giroud hasn’t scored but look at his movement and commitment on the defensive side to keep the pressure on the back line of the opposition… Big things this year my fellow goons BIG THINGS
