Diaby joins Arshavin and Gallas on treatment table
It has been revealed today that Abou Diaby is the latest player from Arsenal to be ruled out of the Sunderland game this weekend.
He seemed okay after the game last night, but Arsene Wenger revealed today: “We lost Abou Diaby last night. It is not understandable. I don’t know how it worked. But he has a medial knee ligament injury.
“We discovered it today. He came in today and he had pain in his knee.
“However Song could be available, we have a test tomorrow on him.
“I don’t know about Almunia, we’ll have a test tomorrow on him too. I’d say Song is 80 per cent to be back in the squad, Almunia is 50/50, but Diaby is zero.
“Arshavin, Gallas and Eduardo will still be out.”
Diaby is a big loss as he is in such brilliant form at the moment, but if Song is okay at least we will stll have a little strength in midfield.

Don`t you get sick of it, what`s wrong with our game that we can`t end a match will eleven players still in tack?

IT SEEMS TO ME, THAT TOO MANY PLAYERS MAY BE FAKING INJUIES,
FOR ONE REASON OR ANOTHER.WE NEVER HAD THESE INJURIES WHEN WE WERE WINNING TROPHYS OR IS IT MY IMAGINATION.
We have been cursed. Only explanation.
Time for Wenger to concentrate on physically strong players and leave this experiment of buyng technically frail players.
AW buys these skillfull but frail cheap talents, and forgets that football is a highly physical game. That is why we have so many injuries more any other team in EPL.
By the way did u see our miserable goalkeepr??!!! it is shame that when we have Mannone AW stuburnly insists in using this clown. Last anyone noticed the way Bendtner was playing? I am ashmaed to see him in our squad, facing the other teams! AW totally lost the touch about reading the game and choose players for each game like he used to do.
Sell him, Lousy Fabiansky, Silvestere (if any body want to pay a Dime!!), and bring on the world class players. We are getting sick and tired of this game after game.
I think when wenger is planning,injury issue should be looked at seriously by having proper subs for every number. When one player is injured there should be no crisis.
