Eden Hazard To Arsenal Rumours Gathering Momentum
The transfer window may have closed three weeks ago, but one name that will just not go away as far as Arsenal are concerned is Eden Hazard.
Yes Eden Hazard, the Lille midfielder is a name that Arsenal supporters would love to see at the Emirates. There are reports on the internet today saying that Arsenal are continuing their pursuit of Hazard and Arsene Wenger is preparing an offer that Lille will find hard to turn down.
Any transfer will apparently rest on how Lille fair in their Champions League campaign. They made a solid start drawing 2-2 at home to CSKA Moscow, but will have been disappointed to concede two late goals after leading 2-0 for the majority of the game. If they make the knockout stages it will be in the summer that Wenger makes his offer, but if they fail to get out of their group it could be January.
Hazard has scored four goals in his last three games as Lille have recovered from taking just one point from their first two league games, to take 11 from the next 15. I know I am optimistic, but no matter how much money we offer Lille I just cannot see Hazard coming to Arsenal as much as I would love to see him here at our beloved club.

Pure fantasy unfortunately- we don’t sign players worth so much in the transfer market- and if anyone wants to say “but we have all that money from selling players”- that has certainly been the case before: Adebayor, Anelka, Overmars & Petit, Toure etc. – It is clear as day that there has been a switch in emphasis at Arsenal over the last few years at board level away from maximising sporting success, it’s all about financial gain.

finance is d backbone of any club.i wouldnt blame dem.i wouldnt blame wenger 4 no buying some players bcos som oda clubs overrate dem.aw much did he buy d likes of adebayor,anelka,fabregas,nasri?but they turned out 2 be very good players.i know somtin will happen soon & all gunners fan’ll av cause 2 smile. ”keep up d faith & accept d fate”.

Whatever arsenal does or whoever we want to buy, should be kept a little bit off the radar. As i see, we have been major source of player not only just from our current squad but also with the players that we wish to have. Just look at the “Mata” case. We started all the rumors that we wanna buy and Chelsea just swooped in. That took just 7 days for them to buy and i am sure they used the evaluation from Arsenal. If Chelsea hadnt bought them, i am sure we would have Mata instead of Arteta (No offense to Arteta). So we must not make too much hype about hazard if there is any real chance, otherwise who knows? Mother CITY F***ers or chelsea await on the other side of the wall.

I have been watching the french league and Hazard has been on fire. This guy would bring the flair back into the team. Two big issues though
1. would the greedy board actually spend the money?
2. Would Hazard want to come to a team that is currently doing as bad as us?

Yes, we are where no one thought we gonna be-tablewise. Now to be fair to Wenger, he has correct his mistakes by climbing to top 4 and winning us something as the condition for his continued management of Arsenal. Anything else means good bye.
Reason is this: Wenger had his head in the sand when it was clear Cesc and Nassri wanted out. Then faffed about Cahill not to mention bringing/keeping people who are useless: Djourou and Squillacci. How long does it take for him to realise that Song is and will not be the DM Gilberto was? He had to concede own goal at Blackburn for him to realise it and substitute him. Worse was that he had no one to replace him but a defender.
That department has been a weak point in our chain and there is no one else to augment Song’s shortcomings- not even Wilshere is a DM. To strengthen Arsenal, its not CB needed but a DM who can read and defend/protect defenders. Why did’nt we concede those silly goals during Gilbertos time? Song is a donkey that will nefver become a horse. Bring M’Villa or someone else to sort out butwe also need another RB coz injury to Sagna leave us Jenkinson was a reserve at Charlton for fuck sake.
A midfielder who can create something extraordinary is needed as oxygen is needed for breathing- Arteta is ok but not topnotch. A winger who can take on people is essential. Get them and we may just about get sowhere.

CB, CM and a creative player. Would say Cahill/Hummels, M’Vila/Montolivo and the creative hub of the team Gotze/Hazard. Cahill, M’Vila and Hazard ae all players that Arsene admires and can buy. I think Cahill will happen in January and maybe M’Vila. But Hazard/Gotze may get cup-tied so we’d have to wait till the summer.

I am still disappointed about the Mata deal as we could’ve have comfortably paid the 17-19m for him before Aug1. Nasri said that he wanted to leave in pre-season so why didn’t Wenger think about that. Buying Mata would’ve eased the pain of the loss of Cesc/Samir

The possibility of Hazad coming to Arsenal is low due to several factors.Lille is in champions league and no one knows how far they will go, an advancement to the next stage will make it impossible to sell him.Beside,LIlle has seen the desperation in Arsenal and will therefore place a price that will keep Wenger away from their priced asset knowing the miser of a manager he is.Also,should Arsenal fail to improve from this poor form,Hazad himself will not see the need coming to a club that may not be in the champions league.
He still remain the perfect replacement for Cesc,Mvila and Cahill addition will definitely bring out the best in arsenal.Gotze is an excellent player but he is still young and may want to continue his development in Germany and dont forget that Bayern is a big contender.

people pliz stop dreaming and coming up with these stupid signings. Johrouea is good player , dont forget wat he did last season wen all our defenders were injured. he played very well and l believe hes one of our most talented CBs. the problem with arsenal especially with mistakes at the back is lack o communication btwn our defenders. if Wenger puts mo effort on that issue l believe we wud some much improvement.Dont foget we complained about these defenders and we brought in Per M, and still the same old mistakes are there.All these defenders represent their coutries at higher level and we’ve admired them over and over again. Now we think they are rubbish, mmmmmh l beg to differ. Furthermore last season we had some good games the mo Johrouea played with Kolcieny, bt wen Squilaci came they were all over the place. pliz Mr Wenger get your defenders to commucate a lot and maybe train them mo together and see if it wud make a difference.

I hope we get hazard because he’ll settle a lot quicker because we also have Gervinho who was his ex team mate. People saying song is useless, think about it carefully… Arsenal is the only team to keep messi quiet without been aggeressive. If wenger didn’t panic so much on during the 2nd leg, we could have beaten them at their own game. Song knows how to keep Messi quiet and I think he’s great at his position but people need to remember that song is not a DM playmaker like Makelele. Neither is Frimpong. But they are both know how to defend and break the opposition’s attack.Song works hard when the back 4 especially the two CB work hard.Look at the Udinese game. He was on fire that night. Even againt Dortmund too. That’s why song/frimpong work really well with Wilshere because wilshere can attack and defend.if we get M’vila, that means diaby and rosicky would have to leave. Djourou needs to leave. Asharvin needs to leave cause he thinks barca might still want him.(Twat). Jenkinson need more games and guidance. I think he’s the perfect cover for sagna. Arsene should bring in Gotze, Hazard and Cahill. Maybe by one more left bk and move gibbs to the left wing or left mid. Then if we have an injured left bk, atleast I still have gibbs as a 3rd cover. Van persie is a great striker but I would trade him for aguero is a heartbeat. I’ve been a fan of Aguero since he was 18. Benzema or Hulk would be nice. If persie keeps getting injured, I say sell him rather than keep loosing him when we need him the most.

@prince…Per has played only a few games for us next to the like of Koss and Djoure. Do you honestly think he can play a good game next to those two incompetent clowns? He needs to be next to other defenders of his calibur. Yes he is not the fastest in the league, but neither was Adams. The difference is Adams was next to the like of Keown and Bould, Winterburn. Why can’t Wenger look at our past defenses which were a great success, and buy similar players to form the same type of formation and strategy. Sagna and Per are the only two defenders worth anything in our team atm. Verminator is injured all the time, we need a solid replacement for him while he’s out. Squillaci, Djoure, Koss must go. Miguel has potential. Santos must still prove himself.
As for Eden joining us, I really hope it happens. We sorely miss an attacking MF like himself. Hopefully the fact that we have a former team mate of his already in the squad will persuade him slightly to want to join. Then again, which player in the right mind would join us knowing we are fighting relegation? That is why it was so crucial buying these players beginning of the transfer window. We have a much lesser chance of any world class player joining us now, nevermind having to compete with Money City and Chel$ki to buy these players.
Let just hope we can start winning games with the side we have atm. Wenger will really need to sit down and formulate a strategy for each game, not the same old predictable one teams have been crushing us with.

Another thing, I think Song is a brilliant player. He is consistent and rarely anyone get past him without a fight. That is what we lack at Arsenal is consistency. ESPECIALLY our striker. RVP has been good of late, but there were times when he was lazy and missed too many. We need another striker who is more consistent and who can actually take them on. Rooney, Tevez type. But for now our DF and MF need a tune up.

Theres no way we can let RVP and Vermaelen leave, we’ve lost our best players already and if AFC want to play on the biggest stage there is then STOP selling our Best Players, you have to make sure they sign a new contract as soon as!!!! Eden Hazard will be a great signing, Wenger please we beg you we have already missed out on players that could have changed our current situation, please bring in Hazard, Cahill. I respact you’re admiration of young players and devloping them, But our current situation does’nt allow us to experiment on young players who have yet to prove their abillity. You need to go in with bids that other clubs selling cant refuse. Save us please!!!
