Koscielny – We have faith and can catch Man Utd
The Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny has gradually adapted well to the Premier League this season, and his contribution in scoring against Everton went some way to repaying the £10m that Arsene Wenger invested in him in the summer.
And now he thinks that the Gunners are definitely able to go all the way this season and can take the title in the end. “It looks like we’re the last challengers.” he said. “We’ve got more points than Manchester City, Chelsea and the others.
“They can still come back strongly but we can challenge United. We need to focus on our games, keep winning and collecting points. Then, maybe, they’ll lose at some point.
“It’s not going to be easy but we’ve big faith in ourselves and the squad. And we do believe we can do it so bring it on.
“Anything can happen in this league. It was a tough game against Everton and it’ll be the same in all the remaining games.
“That’s why we must keep working together. It’s important we keep our defence strong because if we don’t concede, we will always make chances to score ourselves.
“This is what we’re going to do for the rest of the season. We’ll keep fighting.
“It’ll be a fight between us and Manchester United and, hopefully, they’ll drop points, not us.”
Arsenal definitely have the easiest run-in, and if they can keep taking three points of all the “weaker” teams, there is no reason at all why they can’t go on and win it….

Arsenal would have had a chance if there was no inconsistencies in the refs. So you never know when you might drop points, but hopefully we out score the other teams and get the necessary points.

Utd need a solid thrashing by us or chelshit…They are just squashing teams one after the other….
With the amount of injuries ,its will get harder to keep pace with them…
P.S: Koscielny and vermaeleen sounds like a good reliable pairing, Keep it rolling KOS!!

Sumone in goal.com calld him a flop coz he got two red cards. When Vidic n Scholes n Viera get red cards, they r ‘tough tacklers’. Not sure wot thse guys hav against gunners. Describing our defence as having ‘holes like a swiss cheese.’ I wonder which side has a record of having the best and only PL experiencd defender out and be 4th in goals conceded. Man’u got 4 frm west ham witout Vidic n Ferdi. U all know th chelski story witout Terry n Spuds witout King… Bolton with Cahill still hav a long way to go. So Kos n DJ r da deal. Put TV5 and we r great. Kos keep da spirit n u wil b our nxt Tony Adams.

I have a lot of time for Kos, he’s starting to have a really good season for us, and he’s going to become a great player next year!

They can go all the way up to be champions, Manure have tough game to come up, twice Chelsea, man shitty and us aswell at home. I believe the actual turn will be against us, if the boys win the game then chances are on our side, if manure beat chelski and us then we have to say that they deserve the tittle

I think we’re beginning to see the justification in spending 10 million on Kozzy. He has been brilliant these last 2 months. He’s taken a little longer than Tommy V did to find his feet in the Premier League but safe to say he’s well and truly there now with assured defending and clinical awareness and as ‘Swagger’ says he is adding some goals now. God help any striker who has to face him and Vermaelen. Come on you gunners

January was the making of Kos. The team conceded 4 goals in 9 games including one penalty and a freak goal by Johnson of Leeds. Followed this up with a clean sheet against Everton, stolen away by the officials. Before Jan the defence seemed dodgy but they’ve sorted that out. Did coincide with Squillacis’ injury actually.

funny how amonth ago people were saying koscieny is a waste of money,and makes mistakes,oh and wenger needs to go buy a cb.
well here we are few days after the transferwindow closed and 2 goals in three games and now koscieny a great signing lol.
well i been saying he be a good defender once he finds his feet in this league,and he (with djourou)is growing in every game his convidence is getting higher too and well worth the the 10 million wenger signed him for, again wenger proofs you don’t need to spend over inflated fees for players,and again is quieting his critics again (till we draw or lose agame ).
the way koncieny and djourou playing i be suprised if vermaleen will get in the team if he ever gets fit again.

when vidic came to man utd he wasnt the best look at him now.. one of the best.. i think on his day tv5 can be as good as anyone and with kos and djourou improving everyday our so called shaky defence last year and at the start of the year is proven worthy
