Mannone – I've done my job, now it's up to Wenger

Mannone faces anxious wait
The Arsenal goalkeeper Vito Mannone has now played five games in a row for the North London giants, but it is expected that both the goalkeepers previously above him in the pecking order, Manuel Almunia and Lukas Fabianski, are going to return to the squad this weekend.
Mannone now has an anxious wait to see if he is going to be sent back down to the reserves after his brilliant performances.
“I am really happy with my five games,” he said
“It was difficult at the beginning, but I have shown I can play. I have learned a huge amount. I can feel it inside myself how much I have learned and hope people can see I have improved too. I did my job and now it is up to the boss,”
“I did what I had to do. I know I have a long way to go, but I will stay focused in training and improve and see what happens.”
His run got off to an ominous start when he conceded twice in the first five minutes against Standard Liege, but he recovered extremely well, and since then has kept three clean sheets in four games, including his stunning performance against Fulham when he virtually won the game for Arsenal on his own.

Mannone should stay in first team beacuse he has luck of winning. Let alumunia stay at the bench
l really think vito has done a great job for arsenal and was really suggesting that he should be given alot more chances than usual……lucas still has alot of things to learn…..like dealing with the pressure in case of big matches and should also improve on the decissions he makes while in goal bse many mistakes do cost the club
Mannone should stay in first 11 regarding to his performance. he is the best goalkeeper i had seen since seaman retired. i still thought alumunia is a good player and he deserve to seat on the bench.
I really think he should stay no.1 and surely he will becoz, he has a “veto” to his name!
