Nasri decision expected next week
It has been revealed that Arsene Wenger will be bak to work in London Colney next week, and the top of his list of things to do is to conclude the negotiations with Samir Nasri and his agent.
Wenger has already said that the problem is simply a financial one, but according to the Independent, Nasri is much more concerned abuot whether Arsenal will be making the necessary moves in the transfer market so the Gunners can seriously challenge for the big trophies next season.
It is believed that Wenger is close to securing Gervinho and the Argentinian midfielder Ricky Alvarez, but Nasri will also want to know the truth about whether Cesc Fabregas will be leaving and which other targets can be expected to reinforce the team.
Wenger has promised the fans and the players a “busy summer” but can he back up his words with enough actions to convince Nasri to stay?

the reason we went back for alvarez is because the gervinho bid was rejected. I guarantee that, as much as i would love wenger to get both, it will be one or the other

we’re tied and so is nasri who came with high hopes of competing in one of the best leagues in the world only to find that one’s (wenger) hands are really glued to the petty cash issues. wenger surely needs to get busy in the market and get some quality players who are willing to compete with the likes of united, and the blues.
for the case of fabregas, it’s long due, he needs to go otherwise with the presence of nasri, wilshere, ramsy and alvarez, then wenger will face challenges in the selection.

i think if we sell fab thats fine, but it has to be in arsenals intrest not fabs or barcas!
the bottom line is we should only let him go for what he would cost to replace, and if you check his stats hes the best midfielder in europe outside of barcelona, so it has to be a minimum of 50 mil.
if we sell fab for the 27 mil offered, you lot do no that wouldnt even be enough to replace him with hazard!
hes our captain and our best player and is on a long contract, if its not in the clubs intrest we shouldnt even think about selling this player. why the fu@k@ng hell should we do barca any favours? i just dont understand all this!

There is clear intent from Wenger to break the transfer record when he met the Jones bid from the manure. I’m sure he has been chasing the defenders we need, but unless the clubs agree to sell (samba, cahill, etc) what do we do? Could always go public with our deals and try out bidding man citeh..

Nasti is a spectacular gift of arsenal after theory. i believe and wish he stays with club. Wenger must do what ever it takes to keep him at club. Fabregas. his mind is already set for Barca. even last season i believe its a worse performance. I believe he should be sold out. same time Djourou should be leave and new 2 atleast defenders should be in. and a old experience player. and speed running with well stamina a forward some one can support wilshare nasri and arshavin. will bring us trophy ..
Please Wenger need a trophy this year. so desperate to see a shiny silver.
