Nasri’s not a rebel, he’s a traitor!
I must admit I am shocked at Samir Nasri’s behaviour. He has only been at Arsenal for three years but Arsene Wenger tried hard to bring him to the Emirates despite his ongoing injury problems at the time. I felt that Wenger had gone out on a limb to get him, but our manager’s judgement was again proved right and Nasri was a star in the making.
So for Nasri to refuse to negotiate a new contract (while everyone else was signing extensions) smacked of an ungratefulness perhaps a little too common in football nowadays.
Nasri has turned into a greedy money-grabbing mercenary, and to refuse a contract that pays you £90,000 A BLOODY WEEK as not enough for a pouting Prima Donna, and then admit to the world that he would consider a move to the Manc Scum if they offered him more money, is just downright despicable and a smack in the face to both Wenger and the Arsenal fans.
In case you haven’t yet read his comments here they are, (as translated by the Guardian) from Telefoot: “Let’s find out if their interest is true first, and then we’ll talk about it,” he said.
“I don’t know if I will sign a new contract. Anyway, the discussions are on-going. For the moment, I don’t want to think about this. We will speak about it after the match with Poland on Tuesday. Do I want to go to United? We should see if their interest is real and if it is concrete first.”
As far as I am concerned Wenger should immediately cancel all talks with the weasel, and immediately put him on the market to the highest bidder, just like he did with the last money-grabbing @rsehole @debayor.
I hope he ends up like Hleb getting slated by Birmingham fans and begging to come back to Arsenal…..

I have to disagree he is not a traitor as he seems happy to see out his contract. He is not a fan and I don’t know why you would expect a Frenchman from Marseille to be an Arsenal fan. The fact of the matter is if you want to keep the best players happy you have to have a winning team. Since Nasri’s been at Arsenal we’ve not looked like winning anything. If you want to blame someone for our best players wanting to leave then blame Wenger for creating a team of losers.

He’s just after more money and will get it. We won’t sell to them and him and Evra hate each other.

Arsenal should buy the best stricker who can substitute van persie . In addition buying attacking mid fielder is also necessary .Nasri should not leave Arsenal since he is the best . I think bendntenar, arshavin, rosicky, alumnia and diaby will not be effective players for big team Arsenal,so surely they should be sold.I also comment wenger to buy best players instead of these players so I hope wenger will actively participate in this season transfer to cut off trust of getting cup for gunners and to wipe tear from eyes of supporters.
THANK YOU !!!

Nasri’s loyalty to the club is what should be in question around here. As a footballer, he’s no doubt a good one.

This cant be right. So you would expect good players to stay in a losing team where your manager day in day out proclaims the glory and satisfaction of ending the season in the top four and playing in the champions league even though you win nothing! that is laughable. In fact Nasri, Fabregas, Bentner are all correct. Check it out its actually losers like Arshavin who insist on staying. Is that not ironic? We need players who want to win things and the same should be said of the manager. So leave Nasri alone and look at Arsene!

…and thats what wenger gets for buying youngsters and developing them into stars…
we cant complain…its only a natural progression…
..wenger?? u see??? buy an established player, get some trophies with him and then things will change..

What wenger is trying to do is to compete the right way rather than doing it the chelski way. Simple fact is they bought all their trophies, without abramobitches wonga they would be another europa league team. Why should we have to pay nasri 100k a week? What has he achieved exactly? He aint no henry, pires or veiria to warrant that kind of money.
Maybe i’ve got the rose-tinted specs on but trophies shouldn’t be bought. We came close to winning but faltered again despite manure throwing games away…get rid if cesc he’s a sh1t captain and he lacks mental strength. We need a centre-back and a powerhouse of a striker and we’ll do it. Theo has to play up front, wenger has to use his raw pace and play a bit of long ball. Theo will destroy anyone and will make people like vidic look like an overrated lump.
I’m calling arsene now….

the problem is Wenger, if you are counting senior player in Arsenal team now Nasri is one of them, gone are the day when will have henry, viera, dennis, kanu and the likes of them and nasri happen to be around that time who is going to look at him he will be just be making noise nobody will hear him, that is were will found our self its Wenger you just can sell all your senior player without sound replacement after arsenal bring the best out of him now he want more money well will better give him because will are at cross road

I’m sure Real Madrid will take him. If we sell him, we should sell him to a bidder out of England.

The assumption of worst case scenario highlights the growing concern gooners are feeling.
Its not necessarily about Nasri at all, as the amount of opinions regarding wenger and arsenal which completely disregard Nasri show this.
We had a phenomenally poor 2nd half to the season and instead of hearing about the squad sticking together and wenger going out to buy the world class players we need, all we hear is players want to leave and not a solid mention of wenger seriously trying to buy someone.
Now with Cesc some might brush it off… it happens every season and i think most fans will expect him to stay but are also resigned to his exit – but overall, cesc has been very loyal and been with us nearly 10 years, you could not begrudge him his move home sooner or later.
However, with Nasri this whole affair has brought home some scary truths whilst also acting as the final straw – we can deal with one top player maybe going maybe staying but two is to much and whats more Nasri! A great first half of the season but still young and now these reports!
If we cannot win trophies and are paying as much as we are paying – the club have to give us something this whole saga has instigated more fears of us possibly losing our top players.

I don’t see Nasri going anywhere, he is simply putting himself in a position to make a lot of money once Cesc leaves. Besides, no where in his quote does he say that he wants to go to manu. He just says that while he is on international duty he is not gonna worry about a new contract and he is not gonna comment on any rumours that get throw around.

If Nasri doesnt have loyalty and wants to go, then fine let him go.. Yes, we’re losing our best player but we’ll survive. Look at Bekham, he had a fallout and Sir Alex let him go and Mun U didn’t suffer (sorry to use those scum as an example). Same with Ronaldinho Ronaldo etc… We just need to find suitable replacements n we’l be fine. I love Nasri, I hope he doesnt go, but if he does then he is a traitor.

Why would we wanna class Samir as a “traitor or rebel?” Why dont’we see it as someone who deserves it!? The man has been the only one who kept us afloat during the times Cesc and RVP was below par and he has certainly asnwered his critics as being an effective midfielder. I do believe he his agent and Arsenal can meet each other halfway, but i personally don’t see anything wrong to give him what he deserves. No i am not saying he should hold the club ransom, but i believe a player should be given a fair share. we all are hoping AW signs quaility players, now if we were to sign Benzema, Bojan or Snieder, how much do you believe they will require as salary!?
Take a look at other clubs like ManC, Toure is clearly overpaid…Real Madrid’s Alonso…getting too much and not producing etc. Narsi has given us clarity that he can play and score goals and I believe that he should be paid for his contribution.
PAY HIM!!

Arsenal creates and discovers talent.
He is not the Prince and we still remain a top club after Henry.
He can leave, I personally prefer to have a team of dedicated players rather than the mercenary, lazy babies that bawl over a 90k a week salary.
Arsenal is bigger than Nasri.

Pls sell this dude now!arsenal is bigger than nasri. Can’t he read between
the lines?…wenger helped a kinsman become a star and he pays him with dis treachory?!
It’s sad! We should see the issue as an issue that is between father and son…although
arsene cld v done better by pairing dis dudes wif good players like him!
It’s bad for nasri to demand for money rather than medals…it simply shows what he’s interested in!
We did not know either nasri, fab, hleb, vermaleen, sagna,d lionheart(jack)…before they came to be heroes here…
We can always replace yuo nasri!
Some of us are too in love with our dear arsenal…please!

I agree completely.
First, Nasri is a smart dribbler with explosive pace but he is not all that creative.
Second, He may score very nice goals but he is not by any means prolific.
Third, He is SIMPLY not a fighter and that is why he disappeared during the period we had to fight for the Premier League, along with some other players leaving Jack Wilshere and Robin Van Persie to do all the donkey’s work.
So, I agree, He is a player of class but the only thing they have in common with Fabregas is the desire to leave Arsenal, otherwise, Fabregas is worth his wages as he is far much creative and much of a fighter like he demonstrated in both FA Cup and Carling Cup where he was almost single handedly taking us to the next round before the unfortunate exit, when he was not around, Nasri must accept the 90,000 on offer.
Both may be traitors in a way, But I don’t mind Fabregas’ move to Barcelona as he has given a very good number of years, 8 years to be precise, of quality service to Arsenal, Samir Nasri has only offered any quality to Arsenal for just ONE season and he wants to move to our HATED rivals?!!!!, He should be there already!.

nasri has discovered the problem @ arsenal and has refused to discussed contract extension until wenger can stop fooling us and bring in players dat will help evelate the team, players with winning spirit, players that will bring smiles to the faces of arsenal fans. i thinks nasri should be left alone to push wenger to the wall in order to comply or he find some other club becus wenger is not willing to ractify the mistakes that kept us without success for five good years.

I think three things may be involved in this Nasri isssue;
1. Either Nasri came to Arsenal to step-up his game/career and then go to his desired club
2. Or maybe trying to make Wenger change his failing policy
3. Or he’s damned money conscious.
Time will definitely tell where he falls! Please for now, give him some break.

Just because you lot are jealous that Nasri is a professional footballer doesn’t mean he should be playing for charity. The man is well worth 110K pounds a week. Don’t believe me? Wait and see what United will pay him. Arsenal love to underpay players. Cesc Fabregas is at least a 150K pound a week player and he is only making 110K a week.
Nasri isn’t a traitor Arsenal is a communist dictatorship. Wenger won’t play Vela, but then tells him he can’t play for his country during the summer…same thing happened to Wilshere. Wenger want all of his players to play for the same low wage…it’s communism.

I have to admit that the embarrassing idea that we are a stepping stone club is sadly still massively true. We seem to develop players until they are amazing and then we let them go and keep the flops. Part of me can’t tear away from all the transfer gossip and part of me is so sick of it already. If Nasri is just a money-grabber then he can fuck off. He’s performed well for half the season and been frustratingly average for the rest. I also heard we were having a MAJOR clearout this summer, and if it doesn’t happen I will be livid. Wenger needs a slap and a kick up the arse. Any fan could give him crystal clear instructions and signing recommendations, he needs to think further than his bloody kiddy policy. The problem with our squad is that the magic word potential remains just that. Unfulfilled greatness. We have amazing players that seem to never really play well, except unlike Man U we don’t win, we crumble.
Get rid: Rosicky, Bendnter, Squillaci, Arshavin, fucking DIABY, Denilson, Almunia, and if I’m honest, Chamakh too, although he’s been treated appallingly.
I don’t care who we get in as long as they can play like wilshere, terrorize defenses like Drogba, and move like Hernandez, and make the effort Tevez makes. Get Hulk, Falcao, Benzema, Higuain, whoever, just get someone better than our kids.
Also maybe tell Walcott to watch some videos of him playing when he was 16, give him a drawing of some testicles to remind him what they look like and tell him to go do the maths. Spot the fan who is fed up!

The Gunners, my friend what I mean is we should be better than Barca and all the good players would want to come play for us. Even if it were you, why would you stay at a club where the boss is always boasting about finishing in the top four and playing champions league footbal but without a single medal to show for it. Great players are always measured by the actual titles they won, not by the number of second, third or fourth finishes. I salute Nasri he is actually taking us fans fight right onto the Arsenehole’s door step by forcing him to break this underpayment philosophy which is killing the team. Once this policy is thrown out the window then great players would want to join our team and we will become better than Barca. That is my point and so lets all rally behind this clever young man called Nasri. He is scoring another goal for us. If we pay right, there will never be room for Scillacis in this team!

excuse me sir but nasri or any player who wants to leave is not a traitor. It’s his right to quit the club in which he is and by the way ARSENAL is not a type of club for him after all he wants to become best player and to win trophies so he should quit coz they cannot win anything if arsene wenger is still the manager.
