Barca would not just lose a 'home player' but a lot of face in Spain to lose him to their bitter rivals, so RM might just keep upping the price to hurt Barca as much as possible financially because they know this. All to the betterment of Arsenal. I'd hate for Cesc to leave, but if Real Madrid helps to up his price to 60+mil, we'd have to take it while we can. Well, with Real Madrid (possibly) in the running, that just drives up the price if a bidding war starts between them and Barca.
Barca would not just lose a ‘home player’ but a lot of face in Spain to lose him to their bitter rivals, so RM might just keep upping the price to hurt Barca as much as possible financially because they know this.
All to the betterment of Arsenal.
I’d hate for Cesc to leave, but if Real Madrid helps to up his price to 60+mil, we’d have to take it while we can.
