Sanchez Watt believes Leeds can beat Arsenal
The Arsenal winger Sanchez Watt was given special dispensation by Arsene Wenger to play against Arsenal in the FA Cup match last week, and after the last-minute equalizer by Fabregas is now looking forward to the replay at Elland Road.
He believes that his new team can beat Arsenal this week, but he says that he won’t be openly celebrating if he manages to score against the Gunners. “If that happens, I will be happy inside.” he said. “I just want to play to the best of my ability on Wednesday and hopefully I will score.”
Leeds had a great warm-up by beating Scunthorpe 4-0 this weekend, with Watt scoring the opening goal. Overall he was one of the stars of the game, and he’s looking forward to more of the same in the coming months.
“Hopefully there is more to come from me,” he said. “I want to score more goals and help the team get promoted.
“At first I wasn’t expecting to play against Arsenal at the Emirates but then I was told I was playing and didn’t want to hold anything back.
“I gave it my all. It would be strange to score against Arsenal and to do it against such a great club and defence.
“My mates there keep texting me to say they will get revenge for holding them in the first game but if we stick together as a group, like we did at the Emirates, we can win.”
There is no doubt that Arsenal will certainly have to improve on the first game against Leeds. It would certainly be a kick in the teeth if Sanchez Watt scored the goal that knocked Arsenal out!

Fair play to him! A good young Arsenal lad with a bit of pluck about him, he should relish playing against his parent club like most loan players should. It’s a mark of how far they’ve come in their loan spell and shows the parent club their progress.

Sorry, buy I am against the whole principle of loaning out players to other teams in the UK. And then having to seek permission to use the player, should the two teams meet in competitive play. The loaning club should be able to play sufficient games to assist any youngster in his career, without him having to join a competitor, temporarily.

Must be joking. The only way Arsenal might lose is if AW plays Bedtner, Eboue, Diaby or Rosicky. Arsenal with Cesc,RVP, Walcott,Nasri, Song, Wilshire and the other regulars will have too much firepower for Leeds. There is a limit to what enthusiasm alone can do for you. So it is good bye Leeds.

You guys are kinda dumb… You “hope he breaks his leg” and “get rid of him” because he wants to give the game his all. Would you rather he played lazy and missed chances on purpose. Wenger gave him permission to play against us so it’s his chance to prove himself.
The way we played against Leeds im not surprised thinks they can win. They would have if Theo didn’t dive. Smh some of you so called fans are jokers

@nathan so i see if one of our players said that a championship side could probably beat us, we should just say: ‘he’s right’ you are a dickhead my friend, if he said leeds stand a chance or they aren’t going to be beaten easily or they will try their hardest; then ok, be he reckoned that a chapionship side can beat his own team, wtf, if cesc said we’d lose to ipswich in the 2nd leg i bet ud say ‘ he’s probably right’
