Schwarzer hands in transfer request but Fabianski targets No1 spot
The never-ending goalkeeping saga at Arsenal has taken yet another twist this morning. The Sun has revealed that the Australian keeper Mark Schwarzer has handed in a transfer request to Mark Hughes to force a move to the Emirates.
There are numerous rumours about goalkeepers all over the Premier League and it is thought that if Schwarzer leaves Fulham it could spark a literal merry-go-round of goalkeeper moves.
But in the meantime Lukasz Fabianski has flown off with the Poland national team and has has proclaimed that he intends to be Arsenals first-choice Keeper this season. He said: “I hope it will be a breakthrough season for me,”
“I have a double task. I want to be the No.1 in the Arsenal goal and that would help me realise my second target, to be No.1 in the national team.”
Will someone please tell Mark Hughes that Arsenal will give him an extra £2m if he takes Fabianski as part of the deal for Schwarzer……

Looollllzzz!!! Exactly.. Spot on admin!! Lol! Fabianski wud never be gud enough 4 me.. Except he makes a miraculous improvement which i dnt see happening. I really hope Schwarzer comes 2 Arsenal cos he’s got loads of experience.. Plus he’s way better than wot we have rite nw.

Arsene Wenger please can u just sign a keeper if we dont , our excuse will be at the end of the season will be that we didnt have a good keeper ; btw i dont think they will be very much signing till the end of the transfer windw as most teams are getting ready for premier league ; i think arsenal will sign a new defender and Maybe a keeper (:

can someone please knock some sense into both Wenger and Fabianskis head…….Please…..I have played University soccer in Canada, and every keeper I encountered had superior qualities to this f**king polack. fabianski stinks, so does Almunia. Wenger please stop f**king around and dump those two *ssholes,as we have a better chance with Mannone and Szescny……….Guansquads quit kidding ourselves a new keeper is imperative for a succesful season
