Wenger is still after M’Vila and Sahin is not here yet! by KJ
The news last night was that three clubs were interested in Yann M’Vila. Those 3 clubs are Tottenham, Arsenal and Spartak Moscow. This came directly from the Rennes Chairman’s mouth on RMC Sport in France. He confirmed last weekend that M’Vila had played his last game for Rennes so he must be pushing for a move. In his interview, he essentially said that Wenger was in the driving seat for this transfer and acknowledged that Wenger would be after Rennes star man by hinting at the Song transfer saga. .......Read the full article here

Jeez…. Arsenal certainly know how to spring a surprise! Just minutes after a terrible 0-0 draw with Sunderland the official Arsenal website decide to announce that Song has gone to Barcelona.
The announcement said: Arsenal Football Club can confirm that terms have been agreed for the transfer of Alex Song to Barcelona.
Song will now travel to the Catalan club to agree personal terms and undergo a medical ahead of the proposed move.

Yann M’Vila will be available this summer by KJ
It appears that the highly rated Frenchman Yann M’Vila will be available for transfer in the summer. He has been linked with many big clubs including the likes of the Spanish giants, Real Madrid. Amongst the English competition for his signature, Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham are front runners.
The story is that the Rennes midfielder had to pen a new deal at the French club for them to allow him to leave. They look likely to demand a sizable fee come this summer. Here’s what the general manager had to say:

It has just been reported in today’s Star that the Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has finally made an agreement with Southampton to bring Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain to the Emirates, beating off interest from Liverpool and Chelsea.
It seems that Arsenal have agreed to pay £5m up front, with another £5m to be gained as the youngster progresses through the ranks at Arsenal. The Gunners have been linked with Oxlade-Chamberlain for some time but just two days ago Wenger was asked if the two clubs were close to an arrangement, and he replied: “I cannot speak about that,”
