Just a few days ago, Arsenal clearly stated on their official website that they were not going to listen to any offers from Barcelona for Cesc Fabregas, but the Spanish giants seem to think that this was just a ploy in the negotiating process.
Barcelona president Joan Laporta, who has been in charge of negotiations since Fabregas was in the womb, has clearly stated that he fully expects Arsenal to cave in and let Fabregas go before the World Cup begins. He is alarmingly confident, but he is quite convincing.
