Wenger Knows……What? by BN
After yesterday’s dire performance, yet another one this season, for me it’s time for change, I want Arsene out.
You must question his motivational skills for the team to continually start games as slow as we do . We need to get into teams from the first whistle put them under pressure make them scared to come to the Emirates, but we tap the ball around from side to side with no threat or penetration and allow visiting teams to settle their nerves and enjoy their surroundings. .......Read the full article here

The Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger knows that his team are under fire from all and sundry after being knocked out of the FA Cup and (virtually) the Champions League, but he thinks the players “haven’t done too badly” and he must keep faith with them as they now have to carry on the fight to finish fourth in the Premiership.
Wenger said: “When you are in our situation at the moment, it is important you show faith in your players and stick with them,” he said.
“We live in a world where everybody is positive when it goes well, but life is not only ups, it is ups and downs. Successful lives are about how people respond when you are down. .......Read the full article here

The Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny has gradually adapted well to the Premier League this season, and his contribution in scoring against Everton went some way to repaying the £10m that Arsene Wenger invested in him in the summer.

The Chelsea midfielder Joe Cole still hasn’t decided where he will be playing next season, but most of the rumours have suggested Arsenal or Tottenham are the front runners for his signature, especially since his agent said it was unlikely that he would move away from the Premiership, and that Cole would only move to a club in the Champions League.
Today Harry Redknapp had an interview with TalkSport, and said that he was keen on signing Cole, and thought he had as much chance as anyone.
He said: “You know he’s got lots of options, I think quite a few clubs want him,” .......Read the full article here

Arsene Wenger risked playing Cesc Fabregas in the first leg of the Champions League against Barcelona, despite his weakened knee from a tackle the previous weekend. It backfired on him as Fabregas ended up with a cracked fibula after another crunching tackle from Carlos Puyol.
Now he has the same problem this week, as Thomas Rosicky was also badly kicked by Karl Hendry at the weekend, and he hasn’t yet been given enough time to recover.
Wenger said last night: “We will see about him tomorrow, when you look at his calf, you can see the tackle of Henry was not as innocent as it looked.” .......Read the full article here
