The Schalke midfielder Lewis Holtby has been linked with a move to Arsenal since January, when it was reported by some influential journalists that a pre-contract agreement had already been arranged with the Gunners.

According to rumours today Arsenal are preparing to smash their transfer record in January with a sensational move for Carlos Tevez.
City value Tevez at around £40million, but they will get nowhere near that due to recent events, but they could get somewhere nearer the £25-30million mark.
