The Arsenal winger Theo Walcott must be quite proud that his girlfriend Melanie Slade is not an airhead. She is studying to be a physiotherapist at university, and is very determined to fulfil her wish to follow her own career as a physio.
Despite this, her relationship with Theo has also got her noticed enough that she has become the new face of fashion for Helly Hansen, and next week she will be going to Manchester to open their new store in the Arndale Centre.
In an interview today in the Guardian, the Arsenal winger Theo Walcott eerily predicted that he would be a footballer at just ten years-old, but then ruined it by predicting his wife would die (Don’t tell Mel!) and that he would win the World Cup with England.
