20-year old Ghanaian Afriye Acquah is currently playing for the Serie A side Parma, and is being called the new Michael Essien. According to the Sun, Arsenal are preparing a bid of around £8 million for the player, but that seems a bit steep, especially considering that his owner club, Palermo, loaned him out to Italian league rivals this summer.
