TIMES UP! by Paul Sheehan
After watching Arsenal being knocked out of yet another cup, I was left fuming. Very few of the Arsenal players showed any heart or passion, we lacked the cutting edge in front of goal and looked vulnerable on the break. We conceded two cheap goals on Saturday, two goals we should never concede. We never really tested Van der Sar properly, and besides a few half-chances we never really looked like scoring. Whenever United counter-attacked I found myself screaming at some of the Arsenal players to get back, a few of our players were casually jogging back to defend when we conceded the first goal, which was in the first half so tiredness cant be used as an excuse, these players should be busting a gut to get back and help the team. For me some of the following players should leave the club in the summer, what do ye think? .......Read the full article here

We have another Guest Post from a new regular, Paul. He makes a very good case for Arsenal ahead of this weekends FA Cup game against Man Utd…..
Nothing to fear by Paul
Fabregas and Szczesny are both out of the F.A cup game with Man United on Saturday, Song and Walcott will probably be absent too. Manuel Almunia is our only fit senior goalkeeper with the young Argentinian keeper Martinez set to be on the bench. On the back of a Carling Cup Final defeat, a disappointing draw with Sunderland, and a Champions League loss at the hands of Barcelona, this hardly makes for good reading but don’t be too worried, Man Utd are not without their own problems. .......Read the full article here

A wrong selection, A Star and An Awful Touch by Paul
Arsenal immortality beckoned for the self-proclaimed greatest striker in the world. Through on goal with the just the keeper to beat, Nicklas Bendtner showed what is becoming an all to regular occurence. With a shocking first touch he ensured that, one again, Arsenal failed on what is now becoming a traditional hurdle. .......Read the full article here

I have yet another Guest Post today from Paul, who has never written for Just Arsenal News before. He is a diehard Gooner, and is fully welcome to air his views on these pages as far as I am concerned. His message is a simple one…….
BELIEVE!
I’ve been an Arsenal fan all my life, and I always will be, through thick and thin. Having read some posts by other fans I felt deeply upset. How can you say ‘sack Wenger’? He is the best coach we ever had! .......Read the full article here

I have an excellent first Guest Post from Paul today, who has seen the error of his ways and thinks that we should now all rally behind Wenger’s master plan and trust in his judgement. I enjoyed it and I hope you all do too. Over to you Paul………
THE DOUBTS CREPT UP ON ME……….
The doubts crept up on me. Thoughts that took me by surprise, at unexpected and strange times of the day. Ideas that disturbed the normal order of things.
At first I could suppress them fairly easily. A flick through my Invincibles commemoration booklet, a glance at my FA Cup Final tickets from 2005, 2003, 2002, dusting off photos of my mates and me at the victory parade to celebrate Wenger’s first double in 1998… .......Read the full article here
