According to reports from Belgium, Arsenal are among the top clubs that are tracking the Standard Liege defender Eliaquim Mangala.

The 19 year-old is also being watched by Lyon and Paris St Germain, and the rumour mill has said that Standard have put a price of 10 million euros on his head as his contract runs until 2014.

Arsene Wenger was first made aware of Mangala when he scored against Arsenal in the Champions League match earlier this season, when Liege took a shock 2-0 lead against his team before Arsenal went on to win the game 3-2.
