The ex-Arsenal midfielder Aleksander Hleb forced Arsene Wenger to sell him the year before last, but after arriving at Barcelona he failed to force his way into the team that won the Champions League.
Hleb became more and more disillusioned as the season went on, and in the end Pep Guardiola agreed to let him move to Stuttgart on loan after failing to find a suitable buyer, in the hope that the German giants would make a bid for him at the end of this season.
