The Weird and Wonderful World of Arsenal Merchandise!
Now the close season is upon us with nothing to think about other than the summer holidays and the kid’s birthday parties, so I decided to have a look around to see what Arsenal momentoes I could get to help reinforce my kids desire to support Arsenal.
I call them birthday presents but the wife calls it brainwashing of course! But anyway, I started off at Argos as they are always reasonably priced, but other than the usual Arsenal duvet covers, curtains and posters there wasn’t much else. But they DID have an “Official Arsenal Stainless Steel Dog Tag”, which sounded interesting (except I don’t own a dog!)
So then I decided to have a look around the web, and found some Kids Bikes with “Arsenal” and “Gunners” written all over them. The kids would certainly look good cycling around in them, especially with the full kit on, but would the wife let me spend that much on a basically vanity item. I will have to catch her in a good mood……
So then I popped over to the official Arsenal shop, and the first “novelty” item I come across is a Dog Collar and a Dog Bowl. (Am I the only Gooner without a dog?) But then I came to the really interesting stuff.
For the kids they have very pleasant looking bars of chocolate (available in plain, Milk or Orange chocolate), and for the wife they had a box of Arsenal T-Bags (I’m not joking!), God knows what they taste like but I’m going to find out as soon as they’re delivered!
But for me (don’t tell anyone until they see it in the garden) I have ordered an Arsenal Garden Gnome. It’s not cheap but if it doesn’t bring me luck I can always stick it on the transfer list next summer!

I must say, I own an arsenal towel, swimming trunks, alarm clock, I had some covers n wall paper as a kid n yes I also own a gnome! Lol
Oh yer plus the shirts but there easily found. I brought my dad the new home kit for fathers day n then realised I can afford one for myself, fortunately my birthday is the 13th so I’ve asked my mummy nicely to get it for me, I’m 22 this year n I’ll still be wearing my arsenal trunks in the pool on holiday this year, even if there a bit tight haha

Tattoo is what i had planned the moment we win the league, well i hope and pray to god it will be this season. Apaprt from that i have Arsenal shirts, jackets, now towel, pillow literally everything possible, have even stickered my bike Arsenal logo

I think you will find that dog tags are for humans to wear. Like the dog tags soldiers have but with the arsenal badge on I would imagine

Arsenal you are ECONOMISERS,you have a lot of money but you don’t like spending that money to buy good,experienced and elegant players who are 22 years old and above who can make you to be winning trophies,instead you buy very cheap, unexperienced and young players who are 20 years old and below who CANNOT make any team to be winning trophies

admin, i think you should read what Henry posted above.
Soldiers wear dog tags around their necks, its 4 quick identification etc.
Would love to get me a Arsenal dog tag! Whoohoo
….i just looked up the price…£25…i think i’ll pass. Lol saw the tea bags! Get back to us on that!

I already have an arsenal tattoo. i will add some pictures around it, but not before we win trophies again. And i dont want to make it in indonesia again, the artists are not very good at making logos.
