Unwanted Bendtner and Denilson both set for loan deals
Both Nicklas Bendtner and the Brazilian midfielder Denilson confidently announced they were looking for new clubs at the end of last season, and despite looking far and wide for a new home they have both found out it is not so easy to find someone to take them off Arsenal’s hands.
It seems that Wenger tried to give Denilson another chance by taking him on tour to Malaysia, but after he walked off with the hump after being substituted against Malaysia it looked like he had overstepped the line once too often.
So now it seems his fate is sealed, and without an outright buyer it is being reported that Arsenal are talking to his old club in Brazil, Sao Paolo, about a one-year loan deal, with Fluminense also said to be interested…..
The not-so-Great Dane and his father must be feeling rather deflated after talking up moves to some top German and Portugese teams but finding nothing but denials and uninterest from all and sundry.
Now it seems that David Moyes is willing to give Bendtner a lifeline, but with the lack of any transfer funds at Everton, he is also looking at taking him on loan for next season. It will certainly be interesting to see if Bendtner can really start knocking in the goals in the Premiership if given a regular start in Everton’s first team.
I certainly hope he does impress, because then perhaps Arsenal can find a buyer next summer!

I Think Wenger would like to offload them as well, but no one seems to be willing to buy them.
A loan is sure a good way to show their ability and hopeful sell them off with a high value

It would be nice if they pack squillaci in their luggage with some drugs so he got confiscated and we won’t have to see him again.
I don’t mind Bendtner, but please get rid of squillaci and denilson.

the big danes never arsenal quality but it really wouldnt suprise me to see him score a decent amount of goals given the starts. a loan deals a good move just to get his price tag sorted, cause right now 10 million seems alot.

@Richie, great idea about dealing wit Squillaci, ya knw i was thinking Wilshere cld just help us kick him hard in pre season, and he wont feature wen d season kicks off, but u seem to have a beta idea. its funny how nobody seems to want ds players, is there a way we can send dem to d reserve team? i’m afraid i may just puke if i see Squillaci play for Arsenal next season.

It would be funny if this wasn’t exactly what happens on football manager. Can’t offload these lumps anywhere.
Straight swap Enrique for Bendtner would be fair I reckon. Maybe with a coupla mil our way to sweeten the deal.

Thing is, bendtner is worth the money – he’s young, tall, can almost certainly score 12 goals in a season if given a regular striker’s place in a 4-4-2 and at only 10mil (ish) I reckon he’s the perfect answer to many teams’ problems, like newcastle’s lack of a striker one.

“Both can’t find someone to take them off Arsenal’s hands.”
Because there isn’t any club that want deadwoods except Arsenal. So many deadwoods the like of ……
Scualice,Almunia, Diaby, Denelison, Bendetener, Eboue, Jhuru should leave the club by any means

One problem is we have been paying them so much. Denilson is said to be on £60K (!!!) Hence we can’t afford to pay our top stars more than £90k or whatever. Plus other clubs dont fancy picking up that sort of wage tab.

we need to sell, their worth will decrease in a year! Because its a run down of the contracts!

denilson will never make an arsenal player, but bendtner has got it in him, maybe a loan to a prem club is the rite thing. The dane has never had a decent run in our team up top as a striker, if he does go on loan and bang in 15 to 20 goals he will come back a different player and man, and then will either be more use to us or easier to sell on! happy days!!

Many of the comments by Arsenal fans make painful reading. I meant no disrespect. The fact is a lot of the information or misinformation from the media is loaded with the views of press men who have very little contact with AFC!!!!
The valuation, the loan arrangements and the sale of players does not happen in a flash. A lot of discussions and processes need to take place.
Gosh! The sale of a egotistical Dane is a welcomed development. Denilson is pants anyway. He adds very little advantage to play and lacks flair and creativity. He obviously is not the classic Brazilian player. So his tantrums amount to less than a school boy’s on field antics in a five a side game!!!!!!

loaning da 2 young guys bendtner n denilson is genius coz their is a good chance they’ll come out more valuable so we can sell them 4 30m or keep them BUT wat r we gonna do about squid, almunia n rosisky? i think koscielny is okay but I rather loan him to bolton and take Gary Cahill on cheap plus samba/mertesacker n aly cissoko n may b our backline will b okay finally

Bendtners really good, great goal to game ratio, he just got played on the the wing. Denilson’s not brilliant, quite happy to see him go. And Squillaci obviously couldn’t cut it in the prem.

why and how ppl can say wenger is the best manager in the football world…for me he is suck.
1. he don’t want to sign big money player, but he paid 12m for wallcot when he was 16 and paid 20m for reyes result nothing.
2.he can’t keep the best player that arsenal have in their squard.
3.arsenal had hardly grap huge amount in transfer window that is from Anelka 25m.rest all had been sold below 16m n today we have 2 best midfilder in the world Cesc n Nasri…they worth less then 30m yyyyyy?
fcuk wenger.

Can we just sell off Denilson?
As for Bendtner, I wonder if Everton willing to swap him for Baines or not.
Then I hope Eboue, Almunia, Rosicky, Squilacci and Diably also leaving ASAP.

Bendtner will come good. Confirmed.
Wenger should include a no-compete clause in the loan deal. This is standard, but Arsenal usually doesn’t do it. Bendtner scoring against Arsenal could cost the team points.
Denilson is a superb player in the right formation. Confirmed.
If, for example, Arsenal moves to a 4-3-3 with fast, effective, wide fullbacks and wingers, the three midfielders will probably need to take on the classic creator/destroyer/passer roles (think Gerrard/Mascherano/Alonso at Liverpool). In such a case, Denilson would be one of the best passers in the world. This could happen if Cesc and Song stayed, Gibbs or Traore stepped up to match Sagna, and the wings were manned with more vim and vigor.

Bendy is just not good enough for Arsenal. I dont care if he goes on to score 20 goals in the Prem, he’s still not an Arsenal player.
Darren Bent would probably get 20 goals for Arsenal, but is he an Arsenal player, is he the kind of striker you would want at the business end of a one on one in an important game where by you NEED to score? No, cause he doesn’t have the mental strength of an elite level player, he’s one of those players, will always score goals, but will always miss chances when in pressure situations.
Top players are top players cause they can handle pressure. Players like Bendy and Bent will always do well playing for a lesser teams like Villa, or Everton, cause there is less pressure, however as I say, just cause they score goals, doesn’t make them Arsenal quality.

Don’t you mean Djourou, not Jhuru? How can you call him deadwood, he’s brilliant.
