Wenger – Arsenal have the desire – now we need to believe
The Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger saw the team fire another four goals past Wolves to put them even further in front of the Premiership goal-scoring charts, and moves them up to second in the table.
They are now equal on points with Man Utd and just two points behind the leaders, Chelsea, and are EIGHT goals in front of their London rivals.
Arsene Wenger was asked if it now possible for the team to consider that they could really end the season at the top of the table.
“The desire is there. We just want to strengthen our belief,” he replied.
“The most important factor is we play for each other as we do. We have to focus on our performance and continue to develop our style of play.
“We were out of it (the title race) last year after we lost five games in 14. Two years ago, though, we were close to winning it, people forget that. We will keep our humility and play our game.”
No matter what the result of todays game between their Chelsea and Man Utd, Wenger will now see increasing importance in getting a result at Stamford Bridge in three weeks time. A win in that one will see Arsenal emerge as real title favourites!

Next game away to Sunderland in the Premiership and home to Chelsea after the Carling Cup at Man.City.Hopefully Walcott will be back by then and maybe Bendtner too, so it,s time to show Man.United that the title is over for them ,by beating Chelsea convincingly ,after all we beat them last season at Stamford Bridge .up the Gunners.
