Everyone knows how players get their agents to insinuate how other clubs are in for the player's signature .... everytime a contract is about to be negotiated you see this. As with all such players, Merida is just hoping the club will improve on the offer they're proposing. With Cesc at our club, I have no fears about Fran Merida signing with another club soon. Only recently I saw a video where Cesc was grinning after Fran Merida skipped and hopped down some stairs where he used to live. Our Captain's words were, "That was me five years ago." Fran Merida is clearly following in the exact same footsteps of development as Cesc, and expect soon a statement from Fran Merida stating that the rumours are false, how he loves Arsenal, how he owes Arsenal, etc ...... like we've heard Cesc say a million times.
